Une opportunité passionnante se présente pour un GP Receptionist au sein d'une pratique dynamique à Chesterfield. En tant que premier point de contact pour les patients, vous serez chargé de fournir un accueil chaleureux et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'accueil. Le rôle exige d'excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité de travailler sous pression dans un environnement stimulant. Un contrat est proposé pour les mois de juillet et août, du lundi au vendredi, de 14h à 18h30.

Qualifications

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Confortable avec les systèmes informatiques et les téléphones.
  • Capacité à rester calme sous pression et à multitâcher.

Responsibilities

  • Accueil des patients et gestion des enquêtes.
  • Réservation, modification et annulation de rendez-vous.
  • Traitement des prescriptions et gestion des tâches administratives.

The Role
We are looking for an organised and approachable GP Receptionist to join our busy practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answering telephone calls and managing patient enquiries
Booking, amending, and cancelling appointments
Processing prescriptions and handling administrative tasks
Maintaining confidentiality and patient records accurately
Supporting the wider practice team as neededAbout You:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are comfortable working with IT systems and telephones
Can stay calm under pressure and multitask in a busy environment
