Job Title: GP Practice Pharmacy Technician

Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a 30-minute break
Start Date: May 2025
End Date: Ongoing
Rate of Pay: £22-£26 per hour (LTD or umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a GP Practice Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of primary care patients. In this role, you will:

1. perform comprehensive patient assessments
2. create and implement personalised care plans
3. deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
4. collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
5. maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. a current and valid GPhC registration
2. experience working in a primary care or GP practice setting
3. strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires onsite availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
