Job Details:

• Job Title: GP Pharmacy Technician (Band 5)
• Location: East London
• Duration: Ongoing contract
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (1-hour lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Rate of Pay: £17 - £18 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Create and implement personalised care plans

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Current and valid GPhC registration
• Prior experience working in GP practice settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract:

This role offers a full-time onsite position (with hybrid working considered once settled) from Monday to Friday, with an ongoing contract and potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
