Job summary

Horsley Medical Practice in East Horsley, Surrey, invites applications for a GP Partner to join our established partnership and work six sessions weekly. You will share in leadership, strategic planning and service development while delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a supportive team.

The post focuses on sustainability, continuous improvement and collaboration with the Practice Manager to shape the future of our community primary care services.

Qualifications

• Be a fully qualified and GMC-registered GP.
• Hold, or be eligible for, inclusion on NHS Performers List.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of evidence-based, patient-centred general practice to registered patients.
• Undertake face-to-face, telephone and other appropriate consultations.
• Assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions.
• Provide appropriate clinical management and follow-up of patients.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately in accordance with guidance.
• Make appropriate referrals to secondary care and other professionals.
• Participate in practice audits, performance reviews and improvement activity.
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records.
