Job description

As a GP Partner, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical care and strategic leadership. Youll be involved in shaping the future of the practice, contributing to decision-making, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare.

Main duties of the job

Borough Green Medical Practice is a friendly 8-partner GP dispensing practice in West Kent. We run a successful personal list of 15,500 patients divided between the 8 partners. We also have 3 salaried GPs.

About us

Our Surgery team includes four registered nurses, three HCAs, a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician.

We are a training practice offering GPwER ENT, Gynaecology, Minor Surgery including Carpal Tunnel Surgery and Vasectomy services. Additionally 2 of our partners work within the Dermatology service located within our premises.

Job responsibilities

A GP Partner's job involves clinical duties, including managing a patient list and providing various types of consultations, alongside significant business and management responsibilities such as strategic planning, administrative tasks, and financial oversight of the practice.We are seeking a full time partner with a potential to buy in to the Practice premises with mutual agreement.
