You will manage autonomous GP clinics, address urgent care, provide routine appointments and complete follow-up work within structured clinical environments. This opportunity suits GMC-registered GPs with NHS Performers List, strong diagnostic skills, and clear patient communication;

Qualifications

• GMC-registered General Practitioner required.
• NHS Performers List registration required.
• Experience in primary care or community health settings preferred.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and excellent patient communication are essential.
• Indemnity cover and Enhanced DBS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Run autonomous GP clinics across community and primary care settings.
• Manage acute, routine and complex presentations.
• Conduct telephone triage to support urgent access.
• Prescribe safely within clinical guidelines.
• Complete results, medication reviews and referral actions.

You will support a range of primary care services by managing autonomous GP clinics, handling urgent care demand, providing routine appointments and completing essential clinical follow-up work. Each service provides clear guidance, structured processes and a well-managed clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Running independent GP clinics across community and primary care settings
• Managing acute, routine and complex presentations
• Conducting telephone triage to support urgent access demand
• Prescribing safely within clinical guidelines
• Completing results, medication reviews and referral actions
• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborating effectively with local clinical teams

Requirements

• GMC-registered General Practitioner
• NHS Performers List registration
• Primary care or community health experience
• Strong diagnostic reasoning and patient communication
• Ability to work confidently in varied services
• Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS
