Job summary

Ballater Surgery in Orpington, Kent, is seeking a GP to join our friendly teaching practice for 4 to 6 sessions per week. We are led by three partners with a supportive clinical, admin and reception team and about 11,700 registered patients.

You will diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate referrals, and deliver patient-centered care across all ages, with on-call cover and both face-to-face and online consultations.

Qualifications

• Must hold MBBS and GMC registration with MRCGP and CCT.
• Experience using EMIS, Docman and Accurx is required.
• Additional areas of specialty are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and injuries.
• Oversee chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma).
• Administer preventive care, immunisations, screenings and health assessments.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and risk evaluations.
