Job summary

Conexus Healthcare CIC is seeking a GP Assistant to join the primary care team. This role combines clinical duties with administrative support, handling referrals, appointments and tests, and drafting clinical correspondence.

Candidates should hold the GP Assistant Certificate or pursue it with this certification. The position involves assisting with phlebotomy, vitals, ECGs, health checks and minor procedures, within a patient-centred care model.

Qualifications

• Educated to NVQ level 3 in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification or proven relevant experience.
• Experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders, with excellent writing, data entry/IT, Microsoft packages and presentation skills.
