Job summary

GP and Health Assessment Doctor at Nuffield Health, London region, provides thorough health assessments and private GP consultations in a patient‑centric setting.

Qualifications

• On the GMC register, on the GP register and have a licence to practice
• Willing to provide a minimum of 2 days per week
• After qualifying as a GP, must have completed 6 months GP experience of 6 sessions per week in the UK with knowledge of UK care pathways
• The 6 months GP experience must be in a traditional GP setting (NHS GP surgery). Any other work including out of hours work will not be counted.
• In the last 6 months, you must have been doing a minimum of 4 sessions per week as a GP
• Competent in health screening services, such as smear tests, breast examinations, venepuncture, and interpreting results and ECGs

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of face to face Health Assessments and GP consultations with a focus on wellbeing
• Utilise user‑friendly platforms and benefit from enhanced pathways within state‑of‑the‑art clinics
• Contribute to charitable programmes in partnership with NHS, other providers, and researchers

Your role at Nuffield Health

Working alongside our experienced Health and Wellbeing Physiologists, you will deliver a variety of face to face Health Assessments and GP consultations, with a focus on wellbeing. No quotas or unrealistic targets - just great care. You will utilise our user‑friendly platforms and benefit from enhanced pathways whilst having access to our state‑of‑the‑art clinics and a national network of hospitals.
