GP and Health Assessment Doctor

Nuffield Health Glasgow Fitness & Wellbeing Centre and one of our Corporate partners | Permanent | Part time

Up to £100k per annum (pro rata), depending on experience (plus paid indemnity for your work with Nuffield Health)

24 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday)

Your role at Nuffield Health

Working alongside our experienced Health and Wellbeing Physiologists, you’ll deliver a variety of face-to-face Health Assessments and GP consultations, focusing on wellbeing and monitoring patient outcomes in a safe environment. No quotas or unrealistic targets—just great care. You’ll utilise our user-friendly platforms and benefit from enhanced pathways, with access to our state-of-the-art clinics and a national network of hospitals.

There are also opportunities to contribute to our charitable purpose through flagship programmes, working in partnership with the NHS, other healthcare providers, research institutes, and charities.

As a GP and Health Assessment Doctor, you will be:

• GMC registered GP on the GP register.
• Willing to provide a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Licensed to practice with at least 6 months GP experience (minimum 4 sessions per week) in the UK (private or NHS) with knowledge of UK care pathways. The 6 months GP experience must be in a traditional GP setting (NHS GP surgery). Out of hours work or other roles are not counted.
• Competent in health screening services such as smear tests, breast examinations, venepuncture, interpreting results, and ECGs.
