Our commitment to this way of working is reflected in our Patient National Survey and Friends and Family Test results, which we are very proud of.

We are a small but growing team, and we reallydo want everyone to feel that they have a voice. We have regular clinical andstaff meetings, but just as importantly, we have an open-door policy. If you have an idea, a question, a problem tosolve or simply want a chat, there is always someone around.
