Job summary

A prominent human resource firm seeks a logistics support professional for renovation preparations. You will engage with various departments, coordinate logistics, and manage documentation to ensure a smooth transition during the office renovation. Immediate starters preferred with GCE O Level and relevant experience.

Job description

Working Location: Clarke Quay

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract Duration: 12 months
Basic Salary: $2,500 per month + 1 month completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

Renovation Preparation

· Support in the engagement of department OIC.

· Tagging of workstations.

· Distribution of carton boxes to depts for packing and liaise with movers.

· Follow up on the renovation schedule/ensure proper accounting and tracking of issuance/collection of carton boxes.

· Execute the shifting and return of ops/application equipment to swing area for relevant departments/divisions.

· To support the VVIPs in packing and relocation.

· Escort the contractors for restricted areas.

To liaise with department OIC for unwanted documents/stores and submit listing for review:

· Assist in setting up and transforming storerooms to store hub for transition.

· Logistical support in the engagement process, for example, setting up of mini showroom, tabulation of poll results, etc.

· Assist in door access programming which includes identifying/updating of card readers at respective doors and to assist in any ad hoc related function.

· Assist in logistics preparation works for the renovation.

· Prepare renovated office for office setup. This includes coordinating with cleaning team and inspecting level of readiness for move-in.

· Other ad-hoc administrative and logistic work assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

· GCE O Level and above.

· Relevant experience in performing renovation transactions, logistics preparation and stakeholder coordination.

· Immediate Starters are preferred.

· Only Singaporeans.
