A leading company in HR services is seeking an HR Administrator for a contract role to manage training administration services for client government agencies. Responsibilities include processing HR transactions, responding to inquiries, and report generation. Candidates should possess relevant HR qualifications and experience, particularly within government agencies.
Working Location: Maxwell
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Duration: 12 months (Extendable up to 1 year)
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle administrative training administration services for various client government agencies in accordance with the stipulated service standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
· Process transactions in the HR system (Workday)
· Follow up with learners, training providers, client government agencies etc on training matters
· Generate and compile reports/submissions following established formats and procedures in the system
· Respond timely to customers enquiries pertaining to training administration
· Exercise independent analysis and judgment according to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and recommend course of action when responding to client agencies and
· customers
· Undertake administrative work where necessary, as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
· Relevant experience in HR administration will be ideal.
· Prior working experience in Government Agencies will be ideal.
· Immediate Starters are preferred.
· Only Singaporeans.
