Government Recruitment Service is seeking an Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager (GRC) in Glasgow to lead the department's cyber governance programme. You will report to the Head of Information Security and oversee a team to implement GovS007, CAF, ISO 27001 and NIST CSF across digital services.

This senior role drives risk management, policy enforcement, and supplier assurance, ensuring critical systems remain resilient while supporting dynamic digital transformation

• Drive the delivery of the departmental cyber security governance strategy.
• Manage GovAssure across the Cabinet Office and direct the central programme.
• Embed Secure by Design across all digital and data projects.
• Own the cyber risk framework, standards and thresholds.
• Lead GRC platform engineering and improve risk visibility.
