The GovPass Programme is modernising Access Control Systems across HMG, establishing a new UK government standard for card encryption, enhancing security, and enabling interoperability. Operating across the UK, GovPass is expanding its reach to iconic buildings and departments.

The GovPass Delivery Manager (Site Delivery) plays a crucial role in implementing GovPass across the HMG Estate. This role involves leading site-specific implementations, managing the delivery team, and coordinating with wider teams to ensure technical integration, business change, communication, and training. The primary focus is on safely onboarding new GovPass sites.

You will need:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site delivery projects simultaneously, maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to sustain delivery momentum.
• An eye for standardisation and simplification.

The role involves managing several concurrent site deliveries and collaborating with service colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a team: Providing leadership and direction to the site delivery team.
• Process development and management: Identifying, challenging, and refining complex processes to create simple, impactful solutions.
• Planning and Delivery: Planning and executing GovPass site implementations across GPA and wider HMG.
