The GovPass Programme is modernising Access Control Systems across HMG, setting a new UK government standard for card encryption, enhancing building security, and enabling greater interoperability through innovative technology.

GovPass operates across the UK in HMG estates, including iconic buildings, with plans to expand further.

The GovPass Delivery Manager (Site Delivery) plays a key role in the programme’s operation across the HMG Estate. This role involves overseeing site-specific implementations, leading the site delivery team, and working closely with the wider team to ensure technical integration, business change, communications, and training. The primary focus is to safely onboard new GovPass sites.

You will need:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage multiple site delivery projects simultaneously, maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to sustain delivery momentum.
• An eye for standardisation and simplification.

The person in this role will manage several concurrent site deliveries, collaborating with wider service colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading a team: Providing leadership and direction to the site delivery team.
• Process development and management: Identifying, challenging, and refining complex processes to develop simple, impactful solutions.
• Planning and Delivery: Planning and executing GovPass site implementations across the GPA and wider HMG estate.
