The GovPass Programme is modernizing Access Control Systems across HMG, establishing a new UK government standard for card encryption to enhance security and interoperability. It operates across the UK in HMG estates and iconic government buildings, with plans to expand.

The GovPass Delivery Manager (Site Delivery) plays a vital role in implementing GovPass across the HMG estate. This role involves leading site-specific implementations, managing the delivery team, and coordinating technical integration, business change, communication, and training, with a primary focus on onboarding new GovPass sites safely.

You will need:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site delivery projects simultaneously, keeping stakeholders engaged.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain delivery momentum.
• An eye for standardization and simplification.

The individual will oversee several concurrent site deliveries, working collaboratively with wider service teams.
