The GovPass Delivery Manager (PMO and Business Change) plays a vital role in the programme’s success. You will oversee governance, change strategy, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement.

You will need:

  • Exceptional organisational and analytical skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement abilities and rapport-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability in a fast-paced environment

While not managing direct reports, you will be the key connector within the team, fostering collaboration, communication, and alignment to achieve shared goals and deliver outcomes.
