The GovPassDelivery Manager (PMO and Business Change) is a critical role in the operation of the GovPass Programme across the HMG Estate. As the Delivery Manager (PMO and Business Change) you will be responsible for governance, the change strategy, stakeholder engagement, reporting and continuous improvement.
