The GovPass Programme within the GPA is modernizing Access Control Systems across HMG, establishing a new UK government standard for card encryption to enhance security and interoperability.

The GovPass Delivery Manager (PMO and Business Change) plays a vital role in the programme’s success. You will oversee governance, change strategy, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
