The Diocese of Leeds is seeking a Governor and Admissions Support Assistant to join the Education Team in the Diocese. You will be the first point of contact for governance and admissions queries from schools, trusts and academies, offering initial advice and escalating complex issues where needed.
You will maintain governance records, ensure guidance is up to date, and support the Education Team by updating databases and mailing lists, while contributing to a collaborative, supportive work
We are looking to appoint a Governor and Admissions Support Assistant to join our committed and highly supportive Education Team. This is an important administrative and support role, helping us provide clear, timely and well organised support to Church of England schools and academies across the Diocese of Leeds.
You will be a first point of administrative contact for schools, trusts and academies on governance and admissions matters. You will provide initial support and advice, escalating more complex issues where necessary, keeping accurate records, helping maintain guidance and ensuring routine processes are followed carefully. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping systems organised and helping busy teams work well.
