DWP is the UK’s largest government department, with the largest commercial estate – over 800 properties and a budget in excess of £1.4Bn.
We’re looking for a Government Soft Landings Manager to join our team.
Join our growing team of construction information specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity to be on the client side and to assist in maturing DWP Estates as an intelligent client working with some of the biggest names in the construction and FM industry.

The DWP Estates team manages accommodation for colleagues who support millions of daily customer interactions in Jobcentres and Health Assessment centres, centres of expertise, back-office roles, and contact centres.
We manage a private sector supply chain that delivers essential estates, security, and facilities services without which we cannot safely open our offices and serve our customers.
We make sure this huge and complex network operates effectively, and our team is committed to making DWP’s estate smaller, more adaptable, greener, and better.
