Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end governance for UK Government Special Projects. You will coordinate CTM functions, clients and suppliers, ensuring contractual and commercial dependencies are managed and approvals documented.

In a fast-moving, highly confidential environment, you will drive mobilisation activity, manage risks and ensure projects progress in line with governance and profitability targets, without altering ownership authority.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in complex commercial/operational environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal functions and external stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Meticulous project documentation and control.
• Government contracting or public-sector project experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management and governance for CTM's UK Government Special Projects.
• Ensure engagement of CTM functions, clients and suppliers at appropriate stages.
• Identify and manage contractual, commercial and operational dependencies and necessary approvals.
• Maintain governance, profitability objectives and mobilisation plans across projects.
• Support a central project management discipline without replacing functional ownership.
