Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst

Wolfspeed NI is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join their Cybersecurity organization. The GRC Analyst will provide cybersecurity expertise to assess, design, create, implement, and govern cybersecurity policies and standards. They will ensure security controls align with industry frameworks and manage cybersecurity issues and risk processes. The role involves working closely with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leaders to assess risks and develop actionable plans.

Responsibilities

1. Assess, evaluate, and recommend on the adequacy of security/IT controls.
2. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and processes based on security and compliance frameworks.
3. Crosswalk controls across multiple security compliance frameworks and regulations to promote adoption and identify gaps.
4. Oversee SOX control testing to ensure successful and regular testing.
5. Manage security issues, risk acceptance, and remediation processes.
6. Translate security analyses, audit results, and compliance guidance into actionable issues and support business owners in developing remediation plans.
7. Track non-compliance and monitor remediation progress within set timelines.

Candidate Profile

1. Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in GRC domains.
3. Experience in creating and maintaining cybersecurity policies and standards.
4. Experience managing issue, exception, and risk acceptance processes.
5. Proficiency with GRC tools such as Archer, AuditBoard, OneTrust, or Workiva.
6. Ability to collaborate with executive IT and business leaders and align cybersecurity with business priorities.
