Job summary

X4 Technology, London, is seeking a Governance Operations Lead for an AI transformation programme on a 6-month contract. You will operationalise AI governance across the end-to-end lifecycle, embedding controls into platforms, MLOps pipelines and delivery processes to enable AI adoption and business value.

Working with Data & AI, Architecture, Engineering and Security teams, you will drive governance across data, development, deployment, monitoring and retirement, and develop automation, metrics

Qualifications

• Background across AI/ML, technology operations, governance and risk.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise governance processes, controls and operating models.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML platforms, MLOps, DevSecOps and AI lifecycle management.
• Track record of operationalising governance through automation, tooling and enterprise adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management with a focus on scalability, simplification and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

As Governance Operations Lead, you'll operationalise AI governance across the end-to-end lifecycle, integrating controls into platforms, MLOps pipelines and delivery processes while enabling AI adoption and business value.

Responsibilities for the Governance Operations Lead (AI)

• Drive AI governance across the end-to-end lifecycle, from data and development through deployment, monitoring and retirement
