About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Governance Manager to support our charitable board and ensure compliance with Charity Commission regulations in a national charitable organization. You will work closely with the CEO and Chair to uphold effective, transparent, and accountable governance procedures that meet the highest standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
