Overview

Are you a detail-driven compliance professional with a passion for governance and customer outcomes? We're looking for a Governance & Compliance Lead to champion consumer duty compliance across our fast-paced Consumer Roadside division, ensuring all operations, products, and services meet FCA standards and provide fair value.

As our Governance & Compliance Lead, you'll be at the heart of our regulatory compliance efforts, driving Consumer Duty initiatives and embedding robust governance frameworks. You'll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to ensure our insurance products, pricing decisions, and customer journeys meet regulatory expectations and deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from our Bradley Stoke office and 3 days a week at home.

What you'll do
  • Lead and manage governance approval forums: chair meetings, document minutes, challenge proposals, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Drive first-line compliance with Consumer Duty, supporting both BAU activities and project-based initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess customer outcomes and business impact.
  • Support the development of training and awareness materials to promote understanding of compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and evidence of governance decisions and outcomes.
What you’ll need
