Job description

Governance and Reporting Lead - SC Cleared

Our client is seeking a Governance and Reporting Lead to establish and manage governance for a large programme.

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and implement governance arrangements.
  2. Establish and maintain a single source of truth for portfolio artefacts that is current and up-to-date.
  3. Provide oversight, ensure consistency, challenge, and narrative on project and programme progress, including escalation of risks to milestones.
  4. Lead the preparation of reporting inputs in accordance with governance arrangements and the monthly corporate reporting cycle.
  5. Collate and present relevant management information within governance frameworks.
  6. Manage, coordinate, and facilitate governance meetings.
  7. Represent the PMO at meetings, prepare minutes, and track actions and decisions.

The role is initially for 6 months, primarily remote with 2-3 days per week on-site in Corsham.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates with or who have previously held high-level security clearance are especially welcome. Successful applicants will need to undergo security clearance, which can take up to 10 weeks.
