We have a fantastic opportunity as a Governance & Administration Analyst to join our team.
You'll be working for our Head of Governance and End User Admin. You’ll be responsible for assisting and executing tasks related to Identity and Access Management and provisioning and controlling budgets.
You'll also build and maintain great relationships with our global team, co-ordinating user access requests on local and global systems.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
The difference you’ll make.
Working closely with the mobile vendor, managing the mobile devices and service, including maintaining the asset register, ensuring policy compliance and tariff management.
Assisting in consolidating and controlling the SLB IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
Providing oversight on the intragroup SLAs in place to monitor service provision.
Helping to ensure that internal and external controls e.g. SOX, RCSA, are met within the CIO Office.
Working closely with the global and local teams for Identity and Access Management requests, ensuring user access is appropriate and performing access reviews as part of audit and regulatory requirement.
What you’ll bring.
These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:
Experience of working in an investment banking environment.
Experience of working in an Identity & Access Management, Mobile Telephony administration or Technology administration role.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese would be advantageous.
What else you need to know:
This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week (pro-rata for part-time roles).
