What You’ll Be Doing
As an Governance and Admin Officer, you will act as a critical link between the executive leadership team and governance structures. You’ll manage and continuously improve key governance processes while also ensuring the smooth coordination of senior-level meetings, reporting, and compliance. The role combines strong organisational skills with an understanding of good governance practices — particularly relevant to HealthTech companies operating within NHS frameworks. Some responsibilities:
- Provide high-level secretariat support to the Board, Senior Leadership Team Delivery Group and other governance forums
- Maintain and update key governance documents
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal templates for consistency (using SharePoint, Notion, Radar)
- Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring efficient diary management, scheduling, and logistical support for internal and external meetings
- Act as a key point of contact between SLT members to support delivery of projects and overall company strategy
- To thrive in this role you’ll need to:**
- Skilled Communicator- You're good at explaining things to people in written or verbal communication and you are thoughtful in all of your interactions
- Attention to detail - You don’t miss a beat when it comes to data entry and written communications
- Highly Organised - You know how to stay on top of moving parts and can jump from speaking with a patient on the phone to getting to the bottom of a missing order
- Passionate and Driven - You are driven to deliver the best support to our associates and patients
- Team Player - you enjoy working collaboratively and learning from your team
- Tech-savvy - Proficiency using digital tools and platforms to manage documentation and workflows.
- Experience working within a remote or hybrid, fast-paced environment.
