This is a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of essential academic services across the University, contributing directly to a positive experience for students, staff, and external stakeholders.
About The Role
As the first point of contact for Academic Services, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer support across a range of activities, including academic portfolio processes, quality assurance, regulatory casework, governance, and enhancement initiatives.
You will be responsible for organising meetings, preparing agendas, servicing committees, managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, and supporting training events. This role requires excellent attention to detail, confident communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
