About the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you'll gain leadership experience, responsibility, and autonomy. Your responsibilities include daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Your goal is to deliver uplifting customer experiences and motivate your team to prioritize excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading shifts to support team members in providing exceptional experiences
  2. Utilizing team talents to maximize sales
  3. Training and certifying new Baristas
  4. Learning and sharing new recipes and product ranges
  5. Maintaining high standards in product quality and store performance
  6. Representing the brand positively and helping the store stand out

About you

Beyond a passion for coffee and people, we look for:

  1. Reliability in opening and closing the store safely and punctually
  2. Leadership experience in a dynamic environment
  3. Ability to share responsibility and support team members during shifts
