Job summary

Valtech is hiring a Google Cloud Architect to design scalable, secure Google Cloud solutions. You will guide internal and client teams, lead architecture discussions, and contribute to cloud transformation initiatives in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

The role requires strong Google Cloud experience, Cloud AI, and a passion for modern architectures, with remote/hybrid work options and international mobility.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering/architecture
At least 2 years hands-on with core Google Cloud services (BigQuery, Dataflow)
Professional Google Cloud certification (e.g. PC Architect/Developer)
Knowledge of Terraform and IaC concepts
Strong English and French communication skills
Experience with Agile environments

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure Google Cloud solutions
Provide technical guidance to internal and client teams
Lead architectural discussions and workshops with clients
Support data, AI, GenAI, and cloud transformation initiatives
Build cloud-native applications and modernization programs
Collaborate with development teams on cloud engineering and release processes
Produce technical documentation and solution designs
Stay updated on Google Cloud innovations and share knowledge
