Role Overview: Goods Receiver

The Goods Receiver ensures the smooth operation of the receiving bay and stores, supporting the hotel’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders
• Process deliveries in the purchasing system
• Handle requisitions and place purchase orders as needed
• Maintain stock levels and store areas in good order
• Update supplier and product databases
• Maintain hygiene certification records and perform temperature checks on fresh meat and fish deliveries

About You

• Experience in receiving or stock control, preferably in hospitality
• Familiarity with inventory and purchasing systems is desirable
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
• Proactive in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
