We're Hiring: Goods Out Manager at Zendbox!

As a key player in our logistics team, the Goods Out Manager will oversee all outbound operations to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment within our fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the outbound logistics processes, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
• Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards during the picking and packing processes
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in outbound operations
• Analyse performance metrics to drive operational improvements and assess team performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Goods Out Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of logistics and inventory management principles
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is highly desirable
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
