Goods In Supervisor - Bestway Abbey Road

We currently have an opportunity for a Goods In Supervisor to join the team at our flagship Park Royal (Abbey Road) branch:

Branch Information:

Using your experience and knowledge of the retail/wholesale sector, you will support and carry out daily supervisory duties related to the depot goods-in operation. You will also support the Delivery Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.

This role is full-time (44 hours per week), permanent, on a 5 & 6 day shift rotation, including weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, especially regarding material handling equipment.
• Keeping the Goods In area secure at all times.
• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
• Driving standards for excellent customer satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Implementing and embedding all company policies and procedures effectively.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and legislation.
