Goods In/Replenishment Supervisor - Bestway Swansea

We currently have an opportunity for a Goods In Supervisor to join the team at our Swansea branch:

Using your experience and knowledge of the retail / wholesale sector, you will support and carry out daily supervisory duties related to the depot goods in operation. You will also support and assist the Delivery Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives.

This role is full-time (44 hours per week) and permanent, on a 5 & 6 day shift rotation, including weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, especially regarding material handling equipment.
• Keeping the Goods In area secure at all times.
• Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot.
• Driving standards for excellent customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale.
• Implementing and embedding all company policies and procedures effectively.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and legislation.

• Experience in a goods in / warehouse / wholesale environment.

• Exceptional planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
