Job summary

Contek Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Stores / Goods Inwards Operative at a well-established manufacturing site in Aylesbury. The role involves goods inwards, final inspection, packing, stock administration and ERP system duties within a busy stores team.

The position is for a late shift (37.5 hours per week) with responsibilities across goods receiving, inspection, storage and dispatch, and requires meticulous records, attention to detail and strong internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Stores, Goods Inwards, Stock Control or Quality is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and book in raw materials and goods using the ERP system.
• Carry out final inspection and packing of equipment and materials.
• Complete and sign works tickets and QA documentation.
• Ensure incoming materials are correctly identified and processed.
• Maintain accurate records within company systems.
• Follow the Quality Management System procedures.
