Job summary

Greencore Bow in London is hiring a Goods In Coordinator to cover day shifts on a 4 on 4 off pattern from 06:00 to 18:00. The role handles paperwork, deliveries, invoices and cross-department collaboration to ensure efficient Goods In flow.

You will load/unload vehicles and manage POD inquiries in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong literacy/numeracy, be computer-literate with Aurora, and able to work independently with good time management.

Qualifications

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and file all delivery paperwork during shifts.
• Liaise with management on Goods In issues.
• Book in deliveries and handle invoice queries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth Goods In operations.
• Complete all relevant documentation to standard.
• Meet departmental KPIs and work as part of a team.
• Book daily supplier deliveries and address POD queries.
• Load/unload vehicles and move pallets between chillers.
