CI Projects are seeking an experienced Business Analyst must have a strong background in Gong configuration and optimisation for a leading client in the commercial and sales intelligence space.

This role will take full ownership of Gong as a platform—ensuring it is configured, integrated, and utilised to its full potential to support go-to-market strategy and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will be confident working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to align Gong with business needs, streamline workflows, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end configuration of Gong, including trackers, deal boards, scorecards, and user management.
• Align Gong setup with business goals and support cross-functional requirements gathering.
• Integrate Gong with systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, and Slack.
• Design automated workflows, alerts, and reporting tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and reporting outputs to support coaching, deal visibility, and engagement.
• Deliver training and support to drive adoption and ensure platform optimisation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong, hands-on experience configuring Gong.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to turn business requirements into scalable configuration and insight delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline desirable.
