Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months' supervisory experience in a golf environment.
  • Experience of event delivery.
  • Experience of working to defined operating standards, such as AA or 59 Club.
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills.

  • Oversee Golf Operations including the Golf Services team and locker room.
  • Resolve internal/external customer complaints.

Position Overview

Join the 'Greatest Story in Hospitality' by becoming one of our Golf Services 'Hospitality Heroes' in our outstanding Golf Operations team based at the Celtic Manor Resort – just one of the fantastic opportunities we offer from 'Manor to Marina'.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Golf Manager and Assistant Golf Manager in delivering the business objectives of the Golf Operations team
  • Support with overseeing Golf Operations e.g. The Golf Services team, locker room facilities, CMR buggy fleet
  • Be responsible for resolving all internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members
  • Be on the floor delivering five‑star service to our guests and ensuring that the team is performing at the highest level at all times
  • Assist with the development of rotas to maximise the efficiency of manpower at the disposal of the team
