Role Purpose

Ansty Golf Club in Coventry seeks a Golf Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, enhance customer experience, and manage staff and golf management software.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee Daily Golf Operations
   Manage all golf operations, optimize tee-time reservations, ensure course flow, and implement policies to maximize playing opportunities.
2. Golf Retail
   Maintain golf shop inventory, supervise equipment maintenance, and ensure liability forms are signed for rentals.
3. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
   Lead and train the team, address customer concerns professionally, and foster an inclusive environment.
4. Golf Days & Societies
   Manage golf day and society experiences, ensuring value and encouraging repeat bookings, while promoting rentals and retail sales.
5. Member Engagement
   Serve as a primary contact for members, communicate regularly, and organize events and competitions.
6. Financial Management & Revenue Optimization
   Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify profitability opportunities.
