Qualifications

• At least 3 years' General Manager experience in hospitality/leisure clubs or hotels.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate sales and operations teams.
• Experience in managing F&B operations and hosting events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the leadership team and front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and execute the business plan to grow golf membership, green fees, F&B and events revenue.
• Own financial performance: profit and loss, income, expenditure and event costings.
• Ensure the property, course and grounds are well maintained, clean and safe.
