Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort invites applications for a Golf Course Labourer to join our Greenkeeping Team. You will support day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our world‑class golf courses, including greens, tees, and bunkers, working to the highest standards.

Full training will be provided, with opportunities to grow within the Greenkeeping team and benefit from wellbeing programs, onsite parking, and complimentary meals during shifts at a prestigious resort.

Qualifications

• Be part of a maintenance team maintaining golf course presentation to high standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Show pride in high standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers and surrounding areas.
• Operate and maintain a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided).
• Ensure work aligns with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas.
