Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in the United Kingdom is hiring a Golf Course Labourer to support daily maintenance and presentation of our world-class courses. You will help ensure greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers meet the highest standards across the estate.

Full training will be provided; you will work with a dedicated Greenkeeping Team and gain hands-on experience with range tools and machinery. The role offers a path into a prestigious resort setting with strong team values.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £26,436.80 per annum, plus service charge.

The Greenkeeping Team

Join the team that keeps The Belfry world-class, both on the course and across our stunning estate. Our Greenkeeping team ensures every fairway, green, and bunker meets the exacting standards expected by golfers from around the world. The Gardening team brings the resort to life, crafting and maintaining beautiful landscapes that guests love to explore. Behind the scenes, our skilled Mechanics keep the machinery running smoothly, powering the work that makes our courses exceptional.

About The Role

As a Golf Course Labourer, you will support the day‑to‑day maintenance and presentation of our golf courses, helping to ensure they meet the highest standards expected at The Belfry.

As a Golf Course Labourer, Your Duties Will Include

• Assisting with the daily preparation and maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding areas
• Operating and maintaining a range of hand tools and machinery (training provided where required)
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the golf course and maintenance areas
