Lingfield Park Resort is seeking a motivated Greenkeeper to join our grounds team. Reporting to the Head Greenkeeper and Estates Manager, you will maintain the golf course, clubhouse surrounds and driving range to the highest standards.

This hands-on, outdoor role suits someone with pride in their work, good eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a busy team. Previous turf maintenance experience and relevant qualifications are desirable.

Formación

• Previous outdoor, year-round labouring or grounds maintenance experience.
• Level 1 or above Turf Maintenance qualification.
• GCSEs or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards.
• Good timekeeping and ability to work in a team.
• Flexible and proactive approach, willing to learn and develop new skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and prepare the golf course to a high standard across all playing areas.
• Carry out turf maintenance tasks: mowing, aeration, scarifying, fertilising, irrigation and top dressing.
• Prepare the course for daily play: changing holes, moving tee markers, bunkers and repairing divots.
• Maintain the driving range: cutting, presentation and collecting balls.
• Assist with course improvement projects: bunkers, tees, greens and drainage work.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery safely and responsibly.
• Follow health and safety procedures including PPE use and COSHH compliance.
• Collaborate with the wider team to uphold estate-wide standards.
