RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct due diligence and evaluate secondary private equity transactions, focusing on asset-level valuation, co-investment opportunities, GP-stakes transactions, and private equity managers for fund-of-funds or separate accounts.
  • Develop and build complex financial models (including DCF, LBO, and secondary valuation models) incorporating key value drivers and operational KPIs.
  • Present investment opportunities to Investment Committees through written and oral presentations, and conduct follow-up.
  • Coordinate the execution of investments across all deal types, working closely with internal teams and external parties.
  • Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.
  • Assist in portfolio management of discretionary funds and pools of capital aligned with private equity strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Leverage Finance, Private Equity, or related fields.
  • Strong investment judgment and analytical skills for assessing opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time, people, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
