• Deep relationships with operating partners from previous transactions at top Private Equity firms.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field, with excellent academic and professional record.
• 8+ years’ experience in Real Estate Acquisitions, especially in deal sourcing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, influential team player.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, able to work under pressure.
• Strong network and UK investment experience is a plus.
