Asset & Wealth Management: Change Management

Global Change Managers lead high-priority initiatives within Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), supporting the global AWM businesses. You will collaborate with Deal Execution teams, Sales, Product Managers, Operations, and Engineers to ensure solutions are delivered and benefits realized.

HOW YOU WILL FULFIL YOUR POTENTIAL

1. Be comfortable with ambiguity and working in complex situations to understand business challenges and technical issues, structuring and delivering tangible benefits.
2. Lead strategic cross-divisional initiatives, employing appropriate methodologies and governance tools to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
3. Mitigate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, working towards practical resolutions.
4. Influence and impact stakeholders to drive delivery, manage senior relationships, and ensure optimal solutions.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with strong problem-solving and data collection abilities, providing creative and innovative solutions.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Change management expertise, including defining business cases and scope, addressing issues, risks, dependencies, and solutions, as well as reporting and testing.
• Track record of driving solution implementation and benefits realization.
• Extensive leadership experience, demonstrating empowerment, transparency, and conflict resolution on large-scale programs.
• Hands-on approach, capable of coaching teams to achieve high performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
