PRIVATE CREDIT

The Private Credit team, part of the Asset Management Division, is one of the largest in the world, with professionals across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We originate investments and deploy third-party capital across senior secured loans, mezzanine/unsecured debt, preferred equity, and opportunistic credit, supporting buyouts led by Private Equity sponsors. Our European platform is recognized as a top-tier direct lending market participant involved in large transactions.
As an Analyst, you will work within small deal teams to identify, diligencing, structure, execute, and monitor corporate debt investments. Your involvement will span high-profile transactions across various industries, including leveraged buyouts, take privates, add-on acquisitions, and recapitalizations, primarily for Private Equity-backed companies. This role offers a dynamic, deal-focused environment with exposure to diverse businesses, industries, clients, and investment products.
